About Dr. Horsley

..my practice is dedicated to the treatment and cure of the many ailments of the diabetic foot and ankle. I welcome a variety of foot problems and deformities, but overall I recognize that the diabetic foot is at high risk for lower extremity amputation procedures (LEAP).
Dr. Horsley's teaching experience at the Simon Gratz High School follows him as he lectures on various podiatric topics to students in grades K-12 and beyond. His colleagues and peers enjoy his off beat presentations in serious topics of the importance of podiatry.
