Ingredients
- 6 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
Directions
- Mix together tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt and ground pepper.
- Place avocados in a bowl and add 1/3 cup of the salsa mixture
