Homemade Salsa & Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 6 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced

Directions

  1. Mix together tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt and ground pepper.
  2. Place avocados in a bowl and add 1/3 cup of the salsa mixture

*Keep things healthy and serve both with baked pita chips!
