Ingredients
- 11 ounces of cooked spinach
- 6 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together all ingredients and spoon into a baking dish
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
